When I was settling into the new Hospitality Formula office (or as the Realtor called it, “the dining room”) I ran across “the card”.  Now I have collected a number of cards over the years, but only one can be called, “the card”.  After another card left for a server made the news today (with a nice shout out for the Restaurant Laughs Fan Page) , I started thinking about this random card and the random dude who left it for me.
